At its heart is wool from Moxie a Cormo sheep from a local farm, whose beautifully soft fleece has been carefully hand processed to preserve its natural character and loft. Blended with lustrous Tussah silk that has been dyed a deep Blackberry hue, the fiber glows with subtle highlights and depth that will reveal themselves as you spin.

The combination of springy wool and shimmering silk creates a batt that drafts smoothly and spins into a yarn with beautiful drape, strength and sheen. Whether spun fine for delicate accessories or thicker for a more textured yarn this blend offers endless possibilities.
